Where is it going? UPDATE

I decided to visit a building in which they store records regarding judgments against people. These records are public but you have to appear in person. Here's what I discovered about XX. It adds up to $29,995 in judgments against him. I'm told there could be even more on a different court level (something like that). No liens on the house (yet). Perhaps because my mother is on the deed? Will liens come when word gets out my mother died?
